Borg suite provides API to capture Leads automatically from website’s query page, Online Campaign, Missed call campaign etc. Leads reported through these channels are reported to Borg Lead management System & Borg sends greeting alerts to visitors or caller automatically instantly to have a good feel about the company.

Types of APIs:

• API for capturing leads from Website
• API For Capturing Leads from Missed call number caller
• API for Running any online campaign such as mass mailing using Emailer.

API Availability:

Borg APIs are available inside the Sales & Marketing module in the side bar menu just after signing in to the BORG Suite.
