Sample Card Management:

A sample card is prepared by using google sheets including a corrected version containing all details of executing the order. All details related to orders are available in the sample card.  It gets an approval after many rounds of corrections from customers. Once Approval is received, all details in the form get fixed. 

Product Card Management:

A production card is just like a Sample card with a few additional details which are fully approved by the client. This production card is given to the production team on the floor to execute the order.  With the help of a production card, orders get started printing.

Proforma Invoice & Tax Invoicing

Proforma Invoice (PI) is prepared just after Sample Approval & sent for again price & payment terms approval. Once PI is approved then only Production Card is sent to the Production floor.

Product Monitoring Card

This card is extensively used during the Manufacturing of labels wherein all details of our work process can be marked & tracked by Date & Days. This card is used to track the product status of Labels.

Cutting & Folding of Labels

Cut & Fold is also an integral part of the Lable Manufacturing process. Once Labels are out from the Product floor, Labels are sent to the Cut & Fold departments to cut & fold the label as in described in the deal part. The rejection of labels is also tracked & analyzed.

Dispatching / Stock Management

This is the last process in the label manufacturing unit. After cutting & fold, Labels are received by Stock Person & make ready for dispatch as per client requirements.
