There are three (3) types of tasks in the Borg Task Force:

General Task
This task Includes Subject, Task Description, Task Deadline, Assignee List, Task Category etc. to create a general task & assign the same to any of relevant assignee lists in the drop/down.

Check List task for tracking multiple activities
This task includes the Subject, task checklist, Task Deadline, Assignee List, Task Category, etc. to create a general task & assign the same to any of the relevant assignee lists in the drop/down.

Group Task for better project management
BorgSuite facilitates the creation of groups or groups in which two or more members can be included. Group tasks can be created & assigned to any of the available groups. Group tasks shall be visible & assigned to all members/employees in the group.
Task Assigning: While creating a new task, the Assignee option is available to whom this task is to be assigned. After Assigning, Assignee would be notified for receipt of new tasks in categories.
Task Tracking: All Assigned task’s progress can be tracked in the BorgSuite task force wherein each update by any person remains listed with date/time for tracking in need.
All Tasks: List of both created & assigned followed by their management.
Group Task: All Group tasks are created & assigned followed by their management.
My Task: List of tasks that are assigned to me for completion.

Task Status: In-Progress | Due Soon | Completed
In-Progress: List of tasks that are not yet completed & considered as in progress before the deadline.
Due Soon: A list of which is not completed however the deadline is approaching soon.
Completed: It shows a list of all completed tasks.
Reports & Analytical: Under development!! It is to be completed soon.
Real-Time Alerts & Notifications: BorgSuite sends various alerts & notifications to the concerned person to remain on track & reminders for the due date of the task to be completed as sms/email.
